Pupils at Mill Hill International are celebrating their GCSE results today with 80.7% of grades awarded at 9-4.

This year's cohort has worked hard throughout a challenging and demanding period of their education, and the school is proud of the fortitude, determination and commitment they have shown.

While the overall results are lower than in previous years, the school emphasises that this reflects the particular profile and starting points of the cohort. Behind the headline figures are individual stories of progress, perseverance and achievement, with pupils securing the grades they need to take the next steps in their education.

Head, Ms Sarah Bellotti, said:

"We are immensely proud of our pupils and the way they have approached their GCSEs. Results day is about much more than statistics: it is about recognising the hard work, resilience and personal growth of each young person.
"We are delighted that so many pupils have achieved the grades they need to move confidently to their next stage of their education. We celebrate every pupil who has reached their individual goals.

"As an international school, we are particularly proud of the breadth of destinations and opportunities our pupils are now moving towards. We are delighted that the most popular destination for our Year 11 pupils is Mill Hill International Sixth Form. Some will be moving to Mill Hill School Sixth Form while others move to schools both in the UK and abroad, taking with them not only their qualifications but their confidence, curiosity and global outlook that are such important elements of education at Mill Hill International.
